By accessing or using StoryCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Service Description

StoryCraft is an English learning platform that helps you improve your reading skills through personalized stories generated at your reading level.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login information with others. Each person may only maintain one account.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the platform to generate offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent content moderation systems
• Abuse the service, including excessive automated requests or scraping
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure

AI-Generated Content

Stories on StoryCraft are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. All content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

StoryCraft and its associated branding, design, and technology are owned by StoryCraft Taiwan. Stories generated for you are licensed for your personal educational use. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit generated content.

Payment Terms

A free tier is available with limited story generation. Paid subscription tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

StoryCraft is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryCraft Taiwan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app banner. Your continued use of StoryCraft after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
